Mohamed Salah branded ‘the world’s greatest goal hanger’ by former Liverpool midfielder Jamie Redknapp

Understandably, his accusation caused quite the stir on social media, with some supporters seeing the funny side, while some called the ex-Reds midfielder out.

One person commented: "Redknapp thinks this is school lunchtime football and called Salah a goal hanger LOOOOOOOOL."

While another said: "The greatest goal hanger of all-time? Deary me, Redknapp."
